RESOLUTION 8568 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> Approving an On-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License <br /> for Moe's Located at 2400 County Road 10 <br /> WHEREAS, Moe's, submitted all required City and State Liquor license application <br /> materials; and <br /> WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View business licenses must be approved by the City <br /> Council; and <br /> WHEREAS, staff has reviewed all application materials; and <br /> WHEREAS, the approval of this On-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License to Moe's is <br /> contingent on a satisfactory report from the Mounds View Police Department, satisfactory <br /> criminal background check and a satisfactory fire inspection. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mounds View City Council does <br /> hereby approve an On-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License to Moe's contingent on a <br /> satisfactory report from the Mounds View Police Department, satisfactory criminal <br /> background check and a satisfactory fire inspection. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this license will expire on <br /> June 30, 2017. <br /> Ad•kted this 23rd day of May, 2016. <br /> 4'oe Flaherty, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> (VttAV:\ 1416/ORY <br /> James Ericson, City Administrator <br /> (seal) <br />
