RESOLUTION 8581 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> DISSOLUTION STREET AND UTILITY COMMITTEE <br /> WHEREAS, the Streets and Utilities Committee was established by Resolution 7223 <br /> approved on February 11, 2008; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Streets and Utilities Committee's purpose was to ensure that the Street <br /> and Utility Improvement Program was implemented as adopted by City Council via Resolution <br /> 7176 approved on October 22, 2007; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Length of Existence of the Streets and Utilities Committee as <br /> established by Resolution 7223 is intended to be fulfilled upon completion of the Street and <br /> Utilities Improvement Program at which point it can be dissolved; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Streets and Utilities Committee passed a motion at their May 16, 2016 <br /> meeting recommending the Committee be dissolved; and, <br /> WHEREAS, Area I the ninth and final project in the Street and Utility Improvement <br /> Program is currently under construction; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Streets and Utilities Committee has established several public input <br /> processes that will continue to be used by staff moving future projects forward. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mounds View, <br /> Ramsey County, Minnesota as follows: <br /> 1. The Streets and Utilities Committee is hereby dissolved. <br /> 2.
