RESOLUTION NO. 8595 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING SEVERANCE FOR <br /> DANIEL STONE <br /> MOUNDS VIEW POLICE DEPARTMENT <br /> WHEREAS, Daniel Stone resigned from the Mounds View Police Department <br /> effective May 20, 2016; and <br /> WHEREAS, the balance of accrued and unused vacation is 24.64 hours; and <br /> WHEREAS, the balance of accrued and unused compensatory time is 7.0 hours; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, Daniel Stone's current rate of pay is $22.63 per hour; and <br /> WHEREAS, in accordance with Article 23.1 of the LELS Local 204 Labor <br /> Agreement, the maximum potential payout of accrued/unused vacation time will be 24.64 <br /> accrued/unused vacation hours x his hourly rate of $22.63 = $557.60; and <br /> WHEREAS, in accordance with Article 23.1 of the LELS Local 204 Labor <br /> Agreement, the maximum potential payout of accrued/unused compensatory time will be <br /> 7.0 accrued/unused compensatory hours x his hourly rate of $22.63 = $158.41. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council <br /> approves a one-time payout of vacation time to Daniel Stone not to exceed $557.60, in <br /> accordance with Article 23.1 of the LELS Local 204 Labor Agreement. <br /> NOW, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council approves a <br /> one-time payout of vacation time to Daniel Stone not to exceed $158.41, in accordance <br /> with Article 23.1 of the LELS Local 204 Labor Agreement. <br /> Adopted this 13th day of June, 2016. <br /> Gk., <br /> Al/, <br /> oe Flaherty,'Mayer <br /> ATTEST: <br /> James Ericson, City Administrator <br /> (seal) <br />
