• RESOLUTION 6771 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />APPROVING CHANGE ORDERS NO. 7-10 FOR THE CITY HALL <br />REHABILITATION PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, in September of 2005, the City awarded the <br />construction contract for the City Hall Project; and <br />WHEREAS, unforeseen circumstances may arise from time to time <br />that will necessitate minor adjustments and changes in the original construction <br />plan; and <br />WHEREAS, there are four items that we currently have prices for <br />and associated change orders have been submitted; and <br />WHEREAS, Change Order No. 7, ASI-33 and ASI-42: in the <br />amount of $3,155.00, represent changes top the boiler system.; and <br />WHEREAS, Change Order No. 8, ASI-34: in the amount of <br />• $790.00, is for a modification to the mop sink in room 116 -Janitor Closet; and <br />WHEREAS, Change Order No. 9, ASI-23.1 and ASI-23.2: in the <br />amount of $2,226.00 is for relocation of Qwest Communication's main <br />communication line; and <br />WHEREAS, Change Order No. 10, ASI-24: in the amount of <br />$3,482.00, is for removal of wood partitions in rooms 111 to; and <br />WHEREAS, it is recommended that funds to finance change orders <br />No. 7 through No. 10 be derived from the Special Project Account for the City <br />Hall Project (account: 280-4180-7050-100). <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br />City of Mounds View, Ramsey County, Minnesota as follows: <br />1. That Change Orders No. 7, 8, 9, and 10 for the City Hall Rehabilitation <br />Project are hereby approved. <br />2. Execution of said documents is hereby authorized. <br />3. That said Change Orders shall be financed with funds in the project <br />contingency account. <br /> <br />
