RESOLUTION 6793 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />APPROVING STEP/LONGEVITY ADJUSTMENTS <br />• <br />WHEREAS, the following below is a regular full-time employee who is currently <br />working for the City of Mounds View; and <br />WHEREAS, his supervisor reviewed his performance as it relates to the <br />responsibilities outlined in the jab description; and <br />WHEREAS, his supervisor determined that the following employee below has <br />more than satisfactorily performed in the capacity of his position documented in his <br />performance review on file. <br />WHEREAS, a step increase wage adjustment is consistent with the Mounds <br />View Personnel Manual and Labor Agreements. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does <br />hereby approve a wage adjustment to the following indicated in the chart below. <br />NAME CURRENT DATE OF CURRENT STEP 8~ STEP & WAGE EFFECTIVE <br /> POSITION EMPLOYMENT/CURRENT WAGE ADJUSTMENT DATE OF <br /> POSITION ADJUSTMENT <br />Tom Kinne De ut Chief Se tember 14, 2004 Ste 4/$34.14 hr Ste 5/$35.94 hr March 14, 2006 <br />Adopted this 10th day of April, 2006. <br />;~ <br />Rob arty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />~~/~ <br />Kurt Ulrich, City Administrator <br />(seal) <br />• <br />
