• people. <br />SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS <br />Valid Minnesota State Driver's License or ability to obtain one. <br />TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT USED <br />Skill in the operation of a personal computer, including the use of work processing and <br />spreadsheet software; a motor vehicle; calculator; phone; and copy and fax machine. <br />PHYSICAL DEMANDS <br />The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by <br />an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Reasonable <br />accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the <br />essential functions. <br />A majority of the work is performed in an office setting, with occasional visits to field <br />sites. Sufficient mobility is necessary to navigate natural terrain and construction sites. <br />Visual acuity sufficient to evaluate field conditions, plans and drawings is necessary, as <br />is the ability to communicate orally in person and over the telephone. Specific vision <br />abilities required by this job include close vision, distance, vision, color vision, peripheral <br />vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Hand-eye coordination is <br />necessary to operate computers and various pieces of office equipment. <br />• While performing the duties of this jab, the employee is required to sit, stand, walk, talk <br />and hear, use hands to finger, handle, feel or operate objects, tools, or controls, and to <br />reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance, <br />stoop, kneel, crouch, ar crawl. <br />The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. <br />WORK ENVIRONMENT <br />The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an <br />employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
