RESOLUTION 8615 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OR RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> AUTHORIZING THE ADVERTISEMENT FOR THE <br /> HOUSING/CODE ENFORCEMENT POSITION <br /> WHEREAS, effective August 10, 2016, Craig Swalchick resigned as <br /> Housing/Code Enforcement Inspector; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Community Development Department will have a need to fill this <br /> full-time, non-exempt position, due to Craig Swalchick's resignation; and <br /> WHEREAS, Staff would like to start the process of advertising for the <br /> Housing/Code Enforcement Inspector position immediately. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of <br /> Mounds View authorizes staff to prepare and post an advertisement for a full-time, non- <br /> exempt position of "Housing/Code Enforcement Inspector" within the Community <br /> Development Department. <br /> NOW, MAY IT BE FURTHER RESOLVED, that once a qualified candidate is <br /> selected for the Housing/Code Enforcement Inspector position, staff would seek <br /> authorization from the City Council to hire the individual. <br /> Adopted this 8th day of August, 2016. <br /> J e Flaherty, ayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> !
