RESOLUTION 8620 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A CHICKEN/DUCK KEEPING LICENSE TO <br /> ANDRE AND PATRICIA KOEN <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council passed Ordinance 903, which amended Chapter <br /> 701 of the Municipal Code to provide limited and controlled raising and keeping of <br /> chickens and/or ducks on properties zoned R-1, Single Family Residential; and, <br /> WHEREAS, in accordance with Ordinance 903, initial applications shall be <br /> considered by the City Council after holding a public hearing on the matter; and <br /> WHEREAS, Andre and Patricia Koen submitted a license application and fees to <br /> keep and raise chickens on their property located at 7951 Greenwood Drive; and, <br /> WHEREAS, Staff has reviewed Andre and Patricia Koen's application; and <br /> WHEREAS, Andre and Patricia Koen's application meets all the requirements as <br /> set forth in Ordinance 903; and <br /> WHEREAS, this license will expire on December 31, 2016. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, THAT the Mounds View City Council <br /> does hereby approve a Chicken/Duck Keeping License to Andre and Patricia Koen, <br /> 7951 Greenwood Drive. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this license is effective <br /> from August 23, 2016, to December 31, 2016. <br /> Adopted this 22nd day of August, 2016 <br /> •- Flaherty, V , <br /> ATTEST: <br /> EAP-AA-40. <br /> James Ericson, City Administrator <br /> (seal) <br />
