RESOLUTION 8760 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AN ON-SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE <br /> FOR THE MERMAID LOCATED AT 2200 MOUNDS VIEW BOULEVARD <br /> WHEREAS, The Mermaid's Intoxicating Liquor License expires June 30, 2017; and <br /> WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View business licenses must be approved by the City <br /> Council; and <br /> WHEREAS, Staff received all application materials and fees; and <br /> WHEREAS,The Mermaid meets all the requirements under the City's Liquor Code. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does <br /> hereby approve an On-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License for The Mermaid for the period of <br /> July 1, 2017 to June 30, 2018. <br /> Adopted this 22nd day of May, 2017. <br /> 4/1,.e <br /> Carol A.
