RESOLUTION 8742 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION CHANGING THE STARTING TIME OF <br /> CITY COUNCIL MEETINGS FROM 7:00 PM TO 6:00 PM <br /> WHEREAS, On January 23, 2017, the City Council adopted Ordinance 931 which <br /> amended the City Code to indicate that the City Council will establish meeting times by <br /> resolution; and, <br /> WHEREAS, at multiple meetings preceding and following the approval of Ordinance <br /> 931, the City Council has expressed a desire to start Council meetings one hour earlier. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mounds View City Council does <br /> hereby approve an earlier start time for City Council meetings, from 7:00 pm to 6:00 pm, <br /> beginning May 1, 2017. <br /> Adopted this 10th day of April, 2017 <br /> 4A(A'( 1,/4"//adh <br /> Carol A.
