RESOLUTION 8733 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> AUTHORIZING A BUDGET ADJUSTMENT FOR THE MOUNDS VIEW COMMUNITY CENTER <br /> BUILDING ALTERATIONS <br /> WHEREAS, at the October 10, 2016 Council meeting, the City Council approved Resolution <br /> 8637 for building alterations for the Mounds View Community Center; and, <br /> WHEREAS, three of these projects were not completed before the end of the year 2016, for <br /> various reasons; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the following is a summary of the projects not completed in 2016; Training <br /> Table: $9,350.00, Room Name Signs: $2,611.16, Main Office Electronic Door Lock: $1,796.39 for a <br /> total of$13,757.55; and, <br /> WHEREAS, Public Works Staff met with the Finance Director and discussed options for <br /> completing these building alterations; and, <br /> WHEREAS, Staff concluded that a request of the City Council for a budget adjustment in <br /> account 480-4180-7050 of the 2017 Approved Budget would be required. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mounds View, <br /> Ramsey County, Minnesota as follows: <br /> 1. Approves a 2017 Budget Adjustment in account 480-4180-7050, for$13,757.55. <br /> 2. The City Council approves the completion of the following building alterations at the Mounds <br /> View Community Center as summarized below: <br /> Purchase of Training Tables $9,350.00 <br /> Purchase of Room Name Signs $2,611.16 <br /> Installing Main Office Electronic Door Lock $1,796.39 <br /> $13,757.55 <br /> Adopted this 13th day of March, 2017 <br /> / /i, <br /> Carol A.
