RESOLUTION NO. 8721 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A RESIDENTIAL KENNEL LICENSE FOR <br /> ALISON CALDWELL <br /> LOCATED AT <br /> 8144 PLEASANT VIEW COURT <br /> WHEREAS, Alison Caldwell applied for a Residential Kennel License located at <br /> 8144 Pleasant View Court; and <br /> WHEREAS, Alison Caldwell owns four (4) dogs; and <br /> WHEREAS, the current dogs owned by Alison Caldwell are licensed with the City <br /> in accordance with the Mounds View City Code; and <br /> WHEREAS, the appropriate paperwork and fees have been submitted to the <br /> City; and <br /> WHEREAS, in accordance with Ordinance 890, the City sent public hearing <br /> notices to registered landowners or those occupying the land within five hundred feet <br /> (500') radius of 8144 Pleasant View Court; and <br /> WHEREAS, this license will expire on June 30, 2017. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council <br /> does grant a Residential Kennel License to Alison Caldwell located at 8144 Pleasant <br /> View Court. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this license will expire <br /> on June 30, 2017. <br /> Adopted this 27th day of February, 2017. <br /> %I�L AA/adi— <br /> Carol A.
