RESOLUTION 8724 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> APPROVING A INSURANCE CONTRIBUTION ADJUSTMENT <br /> FOR NON-UNION EMPLOYEES <br /> WHEREAS, the Personnel Compensation Schedule must be annually approved <br /> by Council Resolution; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has traditionally awarded the same cost of living <br /> adjustment and insurance contribution to all employee groups in order to maintain <br /> internal equity; and <br /> WHEREAS, the L.E.L.S Police Sergeant and Officer unions have settled their <br /> contracts with the City and approved an insurance contribution of$1,050.00; and <br /> WHEREAS, Staff recommends a monthly insurance contribution adjustment of <br /> $1050.00 for all non-union employees, effective January 1, 2017, to maintain internal <br /> equity. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mounds View City Council <br /> hereby approves a monthly insurance contribution of $1050.00 for all non-union <br /> employees, effective January 1, 2017. <br /> Adopted this 27th day of February, 2017. <br /> 4v-z <br /> Carol A.
