RESOLUTION 8706 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> APPROVING A THREE YEAR LABOR AGREEMENT <br /> WITH LELS LOCAL 232 EFFECTIVE <br /> JANUARY 1, 2017, THROUGH DECEMBER 31, 2019 <br /> WHEREAS, the previously approved Labor Agreement with the LELS Local 232 <br /> (Sergeants) expired at the end of 2016; and <br /> WHEREAS,the City and LELS Local 232 held a series of negotiating sessions in an <br /> effort to ratify a new agreement; and <br /> WHEREAS, The City and LELS Local 232 reviewed and agreed to certain revisions <br /> to the Labor Agreement as shown in the attached Exhibit A. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED,that the City Council of the City of Mounds <br /> View does hereby approve a revised three year Labor Agreement with Law Enforcement <br /> Labor Services (LELS) Local 232 (Sergeants) effective January 1, 2017, through <br /> December 31, 2019. <br /> Adopted this 13th day of February, 2017. <br /> 4Uee <br /> Carol A Mueller, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: w / <br /> '/v <br /> J�r es Ericson, City Administrator <br /> (seal) <br />
