RESOLUTION 8771 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AN OFF-SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE <br /> FOR AB LIQUOR, LLC, (DOING BUSINESS AS ABC LIQUOR) <br /> LOCATED AT 2840 MOUNDS VIEW BOULEVARD <br /> WHEREAS, ABC Liquor's Intoxicating Liquor License expires June 30, 2017; and <br /> WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View business licenses must be approved by the City <br /> Council; and <br /> WHEREAS, Staff recommends approval of ABC Liquor's Off-Sale Intoxicating <br /> Liquor License for the period of July 1, 2017 to June 30, 2018, contingent on a satisfactory <br /> criminal background check. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does <br /> hereby approve an Off-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License for ABC Liquor for the period of <br /> July 1, 2017 to June 30, 2018, contingent on a satisfactory criminal background check. <br /> Adopted this 12th day of June, 2017. <br /> 41"e (Zft <br /> Carol A.
