RESOLUTION 8694 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING MISCELLANEOUS CASH DONATIONS FOR 2016 <br /> WHEREAS, MN Statute 465.03 requires cities to accept donations by resolution; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the City received a cash donation during 2016 in support of <br /> advertising for the Festival in the Park and Community Center website design of $8,672; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the City received several miscellaneous K9 donations during 2016 <br /> totaling $1,330; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City received a miscellaneous donation for park trees during <br /> 2016 totaling $68. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mounds View City Council <br /> gratefully acknowledges and accepts the miscellaneous donations of $10,070 from <br /> several donors for 2016. <br /> Adopted this 9th day of January, 2017 <br /> Carol A.
