RESOLUTION No. 8671 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR THE STORAGE <br /> OF FLAMMABLE LIQUIDS OVER 800 GALLONS ABOVE GROUND, FOR <br /> PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2466 BRONSON DR. (PUBLIC WORKS FACILITY); <br /> MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING CASE MU2016-003 <br /> WHEREAS, the property owner, the City of Mounds View, has requested approval of a <br /> Conditional Use Permit for the storage of flammable liquids over 800 gallons above ground. The <br /> property is located at 2466 Bronson Dr., Mounds View, MN, and legally described as: <br /> Lot 1,Block 1 of Mounds View City Hall Addition <br /> PID: 08-30-23-22-0042 <br /> WHEREAS, the above-described lands are zoned I-1, Industrial, and designated as <br /> Institutional in the Comprehensive Plan; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Code, Section 1116.04, Subd 9 permits the storage <br /> of flammable liquids over 800 gallons above ground, with a Conditional Use Permit; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the applicant, the City of Mounds View, has requested a Conditional Use <br /> Permit to allow two (2) 3,000 gallon above ground fuel tanks; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council has reviewed the following documents <br /> regarding this proposal: <br /> 1. Staff Report <br /> 2. Zoning Map <br /> 3. Aerial Map <br /> 4. Site Photos <br /> 5. Applicant's Narrative (plan drawings, dated Dec 12,2016, received Nov 7, 2016) <br /> WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission reviewed the request on <br /> November 16,2016, and recommend approval of the Conditional Use Permit; and, <br />
