RESOLUTION NO. 8684 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> APPROVING THE RECORDING SECRETARY SERVICE AGREEMENT WITH <br /> TIMESAVER OFF SITE SECRETARIAL, INC. <br /> WHEREAS, TimeSaver has been taking minutes for City Council, EDA and <br /> Planning Commission meetings since 1999; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council and Staff are pleased with the thoroughness and <br /> accuracy of the minutes taken by TimeSaver; and <br /> WHEREAS, TimeSaver has increased rates for 2017; and <br /> WHEREAS, attached to this Resolution is the addendum to the Recording <br /> Secretary Service Agreement for 2017. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council <br /> agrees to and accepts the terms of TimeSaver 2017 service agreement addendum, as <br /> attached. <br /> Adopted this 12th day of December, 2016. <br /> Abe Flahe 'G"".:r <br /> ATTEST: <br /> (i7v1A,,GtA <br /> 4g� <br /> James Ericson, City Administrator <br /> (seal) <br />
