RESOLUTION 8686 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> APPROVING A COST OF LIVING ADJUSTMENT (COLA)/ INSURANCE <br /> CONTRIBUTION ADJUSTMENT FOR NON-UNION EMPLOYEES <br /> WHEREAS, the Personnel Compensation Schedule must be annually approved <br /> by Council Resolution; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has traditionally awarded the same cost of living <br /> adjustment and insurance contribution to all employee groups in order to maintain <br /> internal equity; and <br /> WHEREAS, Staff recommends a COLA increase of 2.5% and a monthly <br /> insurance contribution of $1040.00 for all non-union employees, effective January 1, <br /> 2017 <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mounds View City Council <br /> hereby approves a 2.5% Cost of Living Adjustment (COLA) effective January 1, 2017, <br /> and a monthly insurance contribution of $1040.00 for all non-union employees, effective <br /> January 1, 2017. <br /> Adopted this 12th day of December, 2016. <br /> oe Flaherty, Mayo <br /> ATTEST: <br /> James Ericson, City Administrator <br /> (seal) <br />
