RESOLUTION NO. 8647 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A RESIDENTIAL KENNEL LICENSE FOR <br /> SUSAN AND DANIEL GILLETT <br /> LOCATED AT <br /> 7741 GREENWOOD DRIVE <br /> WHEREAS, Susan and Daniel Gillett applied for a Residential Kennel License <br /> located at 7741 Greenwood Drive; and <br /> WHEREAS, Susan and Daniel Gillett own three (3) dogs; and <br /> WHEREAS, the current dogs owned by Susan and Daniel Gillett are licensed <br /> with the City in accordance with the Mounds View City Code; and <br /> WHEREAS, the appropriate paperwork and fees have been submitted to the <br /> City; and <br /> WHEREAS, in accordance with Ordinance 890, the City sent public hearing <br /> notices to registered landowners or those occupying the land within five hundred feet <br /> (500') radius of 7741 Greenwood Drive; and <br /> WHEREAS, this license will expire on June 30, 2017. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council <br /> does grant a Residential Kennel License to Susan and Daniel Gillett located at 7741 <br /> Greenwood Drive. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this license will expire <br /> on June 30, 2017. <br /> Ad ed this 24th day of October, 2016. <br /> iv t <br /> oe Flaherty; ayor <br /> ATTEST: ba- ----• <br /> James Ericson, City Administrator <br /> (seal) <br />
