RESOLUTION 8650 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> APPROVAL OF A CIGARETTE/TOBACCO LICENSE FOR <br /> MERWIN LIQUORS LOCATED AT 2577 MOUNDS VIEW BOULEVARD <br /> WHEREAS, Merwin Liquors is requesting City Council approval for a <br /> Cigarette/Tobacco License located at the former Big Top Liquors (2577 Mounds View <br /> Boulevard); and <br /> WHEREAS, Mervin Liquors have submitted the appropriate application materials <br /> and fees; and <br /> WHEREAS, the licensing period would be from October 25, 2016 - June 30, <br /> 2017; and <br /> WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View business licenses must be approved by the <br /> City Council. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mounds View City Council <br /> does hereby approve a Cigarette/Tobacco License to Merwin Liquors located at 2577 <br /> Mounds View Boulevard from October 25, 2016 to June 30, 2017. <br /> Adopted this 24th day of October, 2016. <br /> 114,,0 <br /> e Flah- - , : •r <br /> ATTEST: <br /> James Ericson, City Administrator <br /> (seal) <br />
