RESOLUTION 8659 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> APPROVING THE SALE OF SURPLUS PUBLIC WORKS EQUIPMENT <br /> WHEREAS, the Public Work staff completed a inventory and cleaning of the Public <br /> Works garage in preparation of building a new public Works building; and <br /> WHEREAS, Public Works staff has determined that the following equipment is surplus, <br /> no longer in use or repair parts are not readily available; and <br /> WHEREAS, Public Works staff is recommending the Council approve this list of <br /> equipment and vehicles be considered as surplus and sold at auction. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mounds <br /> View, Ramsey County, Minnesota as follows: <br /> The City Council approves placing the following items on auction; <br /> List of equipment; <br /> 1) Bearcat crack sealer s/n 20695 <br /> 2) 4- Soccer Goals <br /> 3) Roll of chain link fence and miscellaneous posts <br /> 4) 2 — critter proof trash cans <br /> 5) 2 — 36" metal culverts <br /> 6) 2 — marathon electric pumps <br /> 7) Engine hoist <br /> Vehicles to be sold at auction <br /> 1998 Chevrolet Service Truck with jib crane, s/n 1GCGK224R9WZ270376 <br /> 2008 Crown Victoria squad car s/n 2FAHP71V28X168890 <br /> 2009 Crown Victoria squad car s/n 2FAHP7IV79X143551 <br /> Ado d this day 14th thy of November, 2016 <br /> e Flaherty, ayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> James Ericson, City Administrator <br /> (seal) <br />
