APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> A. Monday, March 11, 2013, City Council Agenda. <br /> <br />MOTION/SECOND: Mueller/Hull. To Approve the Monday, March 11, 2013, agenda as <br />presented. <br /> <br /> Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried. <br /> <br />5. PUBLIC INPUT <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />6. SPECIAL ORDER OF BUSINESS <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />7. COUNCIL BUSINESS <br />A. Resolution 8068, Approving the Hiring of Police Officers James Demko, <br />Brian Smith and Brian Schultes. <br /> <br />Police Chief Kinney explained that the Police Department was requesting approval of three entry <br />level police officers. These officers would fill the three vacancies within the department and <br />would assist in staffing the department at a proper level. He discussed the recommendation <br />process in detail recommending the Council approve the hire of Police Officers James Demko, <br />Brian Smith and Brian Schultes. He indicated that Mr. Demko and Mr. Smith would be hired <br />March 18th and Mr. Schultes would be hired on April 15th for training purposes.
