Mounds View City Council April 8, 2013 <br />Regular Meeting Page 5 <br /> <br /> <br />Acting Mayor Mueller stated there would be a public informational meeting for Area F of the <br />Street and Utility Improvement Program on April 15, 2013 at the Mounds View Community <br />Center at 6:00 p.m. <br /> <br />Acting Mayor Mueller reported that on Saturday, April 13, 2013, the Spring Fling would be held <br />from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Mounds View Community Center. City Administrator <br />Ericson discussed the activities associated with or this event and invited the entire community to <br />attend. <br /> <br />B. Reports of Staff. <br />1. Town Hall Meeting Agenda. <br /> <br />City Administrator Ericson indicated the Town Hall meeting would be held on April 29th at 6:00 <br />p.m. He reviewed the proposed agenda and asked for comments from the Council. The Council <br />supported the agenda as presented. <br /> <br />City Administrator Ericson explained the City would be holding a Closed Session on the <br />emergency management plan on May 6th prior to the work session meeting. Police Chief Kinney <br />noted a representative from Ramsey County would be likely present at this Closed Session <br />meeting. <br /> <br />C. Reports of City Attorney. <br /> <br />City Attorney Riggs had nothing additional to report. <br /> <br />12. Next Council Work Session: Monday, May 6, 2013, at 7:00 p.m. <br />Next Council Meeting: Monday, April 22, 2013, at 7:00 p.m. <br />Town Hall Meeting: Monday, April 29, 2013, at 6:00 p.m. <br /> <br />13.
