Resolution 8169, Approving a Minor Subdivision (Lot Line Adjustment) at <br />3030 & 3032 County Road J. <br /> <br />Planning Associate Heller indicated John Engberg, owner of 3030 County Road J, has applied <br />for a minor subdivision to adjust the lot line between his property and his late mother’s property <br />next door at 3032 County Road J. The lot line change is not for development purposes or to <br />create any additional lots, but simply an extra 1,020 square feet of backyard area for the <br />applicant. The applicant has submitted a Certificate of Survey that shows the property line <br />change. The property at 3032 County Road J is now owned by the children of Mary Engberg and
