Proclamation – Minnesota Manufacturers Week in Mounds View. <br /> <br />Mayor Flaherty read a proclamation in full for the record declaring October 2, 2016 through <br />October 8, 2016 to be Minnesota Manufacturers week in the City of Mounds View. He stated he <br />was proud of the numerous manufacturing companies located in the City of Mounds View. <br /> <br />7. COUNCIL BUSINESS <br />A. 7:00 p.m., Public Hearing: Resolution 8630, a Resolution to Consider a <br />Transfer of an Off-Sale Liquor License from Applebaum, LLC (doing <br />business as Big Top Liquors) to Merwin Liquors located at 2477 Mounds <br />View Boulevard. <br /> <br />Assistant City Administrator Crane requested the Council consider transferring an Off-Sale
