MEETING IS CALLED TO ORDER <br /> <br />2. ROLL CALL: Flaherty, Gunn, Hull, Meehlhause, Mueller <br /> <br /> ALSO PRESENT: Administrator Ericson. <br /> <br />3. COUNCIL BUSINESS <br /> <br />Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 13D.03, to consider strategies for labor negotiations, <br />including negotiation strategies or developments or discussion and review of labor negotiations <br />proposals, conducted pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Sections 179A.01 - 179A.025. <br /> <br />Upon announcement of the meeting purpose, the open meeting was closed to begin labor <br />negotiations. <br /> <br />The City Council members and the City Administrator reviewed provisions within the labor <br />agreements of the three bargaining groups and Council provided direction to the administrator. <br /> <br />4.
