APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> A. Monday, March 14, 2016, City Council Agenda. <br /> <br />MOTION/SECOND: Mueller/Gunn. To Approve the Monday, March 14, 2016, agenda as <br />revised on Monday, March 14th at 10:45 a.m., also adding Item 6A – Irondale Robotics Team and <br />moving Item 7G on the agenda to be discussed after item 7A. <br /> <br /> Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried. <br /> <br />5. PUBLIC INPUT <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />6. SPECIAL ORDER OF BUSINESS <br /> <br />A. Irondale Robotics Team <br /> <br />Hillary Agular, Public Relations Captain, introduced the Irondale Robotics Team to the City <br />Council. She explained 2016 was the teams 10 th year and noted the program has grown from 10 <br />students to 40 students. She indicated the robotics team was recognized by the Minnesota State <br />High School League as a Varsity Sport. <br /> <br />Madeline Booth discussed the challenge that would be played with this year’s robot. She <br />explained the game was called Stronghold, which involved two key components: scoring a ball <br />while crossing adverse terrain. She then displayed the team’s robot. She indicated the Irondale <br />Robotics team recently attended a competition in Duluth, Minnesota, at the DECC, along with 60
