To Approve the Just and Correct Claims as presented. Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried. 10. APPROVAL OF MINUTES None. 11. REPORTS A. Reports of Mayor and Council. Council Member Gunn reported the I-35W Coalition met recently. It was her hope that MnDOT would place a high priority on I-35W due to the fact it was a shovel ready project. She indicated the group recently approved their JPA. This document would be coming before the member cities in the near future. Council Member Mueller indicated the Festival in the Park Committee would be meeting next on April 19, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. Those interested in joining this group were encouraged to attend. Council Member Mueller stated the next League of Minnesota Cities Board meeting would be held on Thursday, March 17 th . She reported she would be attending the League of Minnesota Cities Conference in June. Council Member Meehlhause explained the Ramsey Conversation District Forum would be held at the Arden Hills Public Works Building on Tuesday, March 15 th. He planned to attend this event. Council Member Meehlhause noted he would be attending an NYFS Personnel Committee meeting on Wednesday, March 16 th . Council Member Meehlhause explained there would be a meeting with Jim Tolaas on Friday April 1 st regarding the renaming of County Road 10. Mayor Flaherty stated he attended the Five Cities meeting on Monday, March 14 th with City Administrator Ericson. He indicated road construction was the main topic of discussion. City Administrator Ericson commented Shoreview staff invited Mounds View staff and City Council to visit their Public Works Facility. Council Member Mueller indicated there would be a joint Metro Cities and Met Council meeting regarding wastewater fees on Friday, March 18 th from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m.
