Reports of Mayor and Council. <br /> <br />Council Member Mueller indicated the LMC Finance Committee would meet on Thursday, April <br />14th. She noted the LMC Board would meet on Thursday, April 21st. <br /> <br />Council Member Mueller stated the Festival in the Park Committee would meet next on Tuesday, <br />April 19th at 7:00 p.m. at City Hall. <br /> <br />Council Member Meehlhause reported he would be attending an NYFS Personnel Committee <br />meeting next week. <br /> <br /> B. Reports of Staff. <br /> <br />Finance Director Beer was pleased to report the 2015 audit was complete and anticipated a <br />summary would be provided to the City Council at the end of April. <br /> <br />Finance Director Beer stated he was contacted by Kennedy & Graven about a possible conduit <br />debt issuance. He explained he would report back to the City Council at a future meeting when <br />he had more information. <br /> <br />Public Works Director Erickson provided the Council with an update on the trail easement <br />situation. It was noted the Scotland Green easement had been signed and submitted to staff
