MEETING IS CALLED TO ORDER <br /> <br />2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> <br />3. ROLL CALL: Flaherty, Gunn, Hull, Meehlhause, Mueller <br /> <br /> NOT PRESENT: None. <br /> <br />4. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> A. Monday, April 25, 2016, City Council Agenda. <br /> <br />MOTION/SECOND: Mueller/Hull. To Approve the Monday, April 25, 2016, agenda as <br />presented. <br /> <br /> Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried. <br /> <br />5. PUBLIC INPUT <br /> <br />Brad Johnson, 5556 St. Stevens Street, stated he was surprised last week when his front yard was <br />ripped up. He was unaware as to why this occurred. He contacted the City and was made aware <br />that Xcel Energy was responsible for this hole and questioned who would be repairing his front <br />yard. <br /> <br />Public Works Director Erickson explained Xcel Energy would be responsible for the repair work. <br />He was uncertain why Mr. Johnson did not receive prior notification of the work that would be <br />completed by Xcel Energy. He described the work that was being done in Mr. Johnson’s <br />neighborhood. <br /> <br />Mayor Flaherty apologized for the lack of notification on behalf of Xcel Energy. He was glad <br />that Mr. Johnson contacted the City and was able to learn more about the work that was being <br />completed. <br /> <br />6. SPECIAL ORDER OF BUSINESS <br /> A. SBM Fire Department Presentation by Nyle Zikmund.
