SPECIAL ORDER OF BUSINESS <br /> A. Resolution 8586, a Resolution of Appreciation for Jim Battin for his Years of <br />Service on the Streets and Utilities Commission. <br /> <br />Mayor Flaherty read a Resolution of Appreciation in full for the record thanking Jim Battin for <br />his years of dedicated service on the Streets and Utilities Commission. <br /> <br />MOTION/SECOND: Gunn/Mueller. To Adopt Resolution 8586, a Resolution of Appreciation <br />for Jim Battin for his Years of Service on the Streets and Utilities Commission. <br /> <br /> Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried. <br />
