COUNCIL BUSINESS <br />A. 7:00 p.m. Public Hearing: Second Reading and Adoption of Ordinance 921, <br />an Ordinance Opting Out of the Requirements of Minnesota Statutes <br />§462.3593, which Defines and Regulates Temporary Family Health Care <br />Dwellings (ROLL CALL VOTE). <br /> <br />City Administrator Ericson explained Minnesota Statute 462.3593 was put in place by the State <br />this year which defines and regulates temporary family health care dwellings. It was noted this <br />State Statute would take effect September 1st. He stated the City was interested in opting out of <br />this legislation and a First Reading for this matter was held on June 27th. Staff recommended the
