MEETING IS CALLED TO ORDER <br /> <br />2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> <br />3. ROLL CALL: Flaherty, Gunn, Hull, Meehlhause, Mueller <br /> <br /> NOT PRESENT: None. <br /> <br />4. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> A. Monday, July 25, 2016, City Council Agenda. <br /> <br />MOTION/SECOND: Mueller/Hull. To Approve the Monday, July 25, 2016, agenda as <br />presented. <br /> <br /> Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried. <br /> <br />5. PUBLIC INPUT <br /> <br />Greg Gunn, 5090 Irondale Road, stated he received a citation for the flowers and trash on his <br />property. He explained he was making efforts to clean his property. He described the work that <br />has been done on the site recently and stated he would be contesting the citation. He described <br />his work schedule and stated it was difficult for him to complete work during the day. <br /> <br />Mayor Flaherty questioned when Mr. Gunn would be available to meet with City staff at his <br />home. City Administrator Ericson stated he would work to coordinate a time to meet with Mr. <br />Gunn to resolve this issue. <br /> <br />Mr. Gunn stated he has spoken to his neighbors and has not heard any complaints. Mayor <br />Flaherty encouraged Mr. Gunn to speak with City staff in order to properly resolve this situation. <br /> <br />6. SPECIAL ORDER OF BUSINESS <br /> <br />None. <br />
