APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> A. Monday, August 22, 2016, City Council Agenda. <br /> <br />Council Member Mueller requested Item 6B be added to the agenda to allow for the Car Show <br />Trophy Presentation. <br /> <br />MOTION/SECOND: Mueller/Meehlhause. To Approve the Monday, August 22, 2016, agenda <br />as amended. <br /> <br /> Ayes – 4 Nays – 0 Motion carried. <br /> <br />5. PUBLIC INPUT <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />6. SPECIAL ORDER OF BUSINESS <br /> A. Oath of Office – Police Chief Nathaniel Harder. <br /> <br />Mayor Flaherty administered the Oath of Office to Police Chief Nathaniel Harder and welcomed <br />him to the City of Mounds View. A round of applause was offered by all in attendance. <br /> <br />Police Chief Harder introduced himself to the City Council and those in attendance. He <br />discussed his career in law enforcement and stated he looked forward to serving the residents of <br />Mounds View. <br /> <br /> B. Car Show Trophy Presentation.
