APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> A. Monday, August 11, 2014, City Council Agenda. <br /> <br />MOTION/SECOND: Mueller/Hull. To Approve the Monday, August 11, 2014, agenda as <br />presented. <br /> <br /> Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried. <br /> <br />5. PUBLIC INPUT <br /> <br />Mike Read, 2208 Lois Drive, explained he had cut down some trees in his yard recently. He <br />received a complaint from his neighbors regarding the brush left in the grass. He questioned how <br />perfect his yard had to be in order for him not to be harassed by his neighbors. <br /> <br />Mayor Flaherty stated there was a situation within his neighborhood. He understood that Mr. <br />Read took care of his yard and believed that the Code Enforcement Officer was simply reacting <br />to a request. <br /> <br />6. SPECIAL ORDER OF BUSINESS <br /> A. Proclamation – Constitution Week. <br /> <br />Mayor Flaherty read a proclamation in full declaring September 17-23, 2014 to be Constitution <br />Week in the City of Mounds View. <br /> <br />7. COUNCIL BUSINESS <br />A. Review Developer’s Agreement for Longview Estates.
