MEETING IS CALLED TO ORDER at 8:53 p.m. <br /> <br />2. ROLL CALL: Flaherty, Gunn, Hull, Meehlhause, Mueller <br /> City Administrator Ericson and City Attorney Scott Riggs <br /> <br />3. Mayor Flaherty indicated that meeting was a closed meeting pursuant to Minnesota <br />Statutes, Section 13D.05, subdivision 3(b), to conduct a closed session pursuant to the <br />attorney-client privilege to engage in confidential attorney-client communications related <br />to a threatened litigation matter concerning an assessment associated with the property <br />located at 2508 County Road I. <br /> <br />4. City Attorney Riggs provided attorney-client privileged and confidential <br />communications related to a threatened litigation matter concerning an assessment and <br />settlement negotiations associated with the property located at 2508 County Road I. <br /> <br />5. ADJOURNMENT.
