COUNCIL BUSINESS <br />A. 7:00 p.m. Public Hearing – Resolution 8374, A Resolution to Consider a <br />Residential Kennel License located at 7768 Woodlawn Drive. <br /> <br />Assistant City Administrator Crane stated Diane and Rachel Roland live at 7768 Woodlawn <br />Drive and currently own two dogs. The homeowners are interested in rescuing a third dog and <br />are in need of a kennel license. Staff visited the property and found no violations. For this
