SPECIAL ORDER OF BUSINESS <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />7. COUNCIL BUSINESS <br />A. Resolution 8385, Appointing Theresa Cermak as the 2014 Mounds View <br />Citizen of the Year. <br /> <br />Assistant City Administrator Crane discussed the nominations received for the Mounds View <br />Citizen of the Year. She explained that after discussion by the City Council in a recent <br />worksession meeting, staff was recommending the Council appoint Theresa Cermak as the 2014 <br />Mounds View Citizen of the Year. It was noted the award would be presented to Ms. Cermak at <br />the Town Hall meeting on March 30th. <br />
