JUST AND CORRECT CLAIMS <br /> <br />Finance Director Beer answered the Council's questions related to claims. <br /> <br />MOTION/SECOND: Gunn/Meehlhause. To Approve the Just and Correct Claims as presented. <br /> <br /> Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried. <br /> <br />10. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />11. REPORTS <br />A. Reports of Mayor and Council. <br /> <br />Council Member Gunn reported the Robotics Team would be having an Open House at Irondale <br />High School from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. this Saturday, September 19, 2015. <br /> <br />Council Member Gunn indicated the Music of the Night event would be held at Irondale High <br />School on Saturday, September 26, 2015. <br /> <br />Council Member Mueller noted the Mounds View Business Council met last Wednesday. The <br />group would meet again on Wednesday, October 14, 2015 at 7:30 a.m. <br /> <br />Council Member Mueller reported the next Festival in the Park meeting would be held on <br />Tuesday, September 22, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. at City Hall. This year’s event would be recapped and <br />planning would begin for the 2016 event. She encouraged anyone interested in volunteering on <br />this committee to attend. <br /> <br />Council Member Meehlhause explained Twin Cities Gateway would be meeting on Tuesday, <br />September 15, 2015. <br /> <br />Council Member Meehlhause stated the YMCA Advisory Board met today. He was pleased to <br />report that program revenue was up in 2015 when compared to last year. In addition, banquet <br />center rentals were also up. <br /> <br />Council Member Meehlhause noted the Lion’s would be holding a Spaghetti Dinner on <br />Thursday, October 8, 2015. <br /> <br />Council Member Meehlhause invited the public to participate in the Northeast Youth and Family <br />Services Taste of Northeast event on Thursday, October 22, 2015. Tickets were $30 in advance <br />and $40 at the door. <br /> <br />Mayor Flaherty reported the New Brighton Area Historical Society would be hosting the 19 th <br />Annual Harvest Dinner on Sunday, October 11, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. where guests age 80 and older
