JUST AND CORRECT CLAIMS <br /> <br />Finance Director Beer answered the Council's questions related to claims. <br /> <br />MOTION/SECOND: Meehlhause/Bergeron. To Approve the Just and Correct Claims as <br />presented. <br /> <br /> Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried. <br /> <br />10. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />A. April 10, 2017, City Council Meeting Minutes. <br /> <br />Council Member Gunn requested a correction on Page 2, Line 27 noting the line should read: <br />have a water source close to the hive. <br /> <br />Council Member Meehlhause requested a correction on Page 4, Line 31 changing “served” to <br />“serves”. <br /> <br />Council Member Meehlhause requested a correction on Page 4, Line 39 changing “and” to “an”. <br /> <br />MOTION/SECOND: Gunn/Meehlhause. To Approve the April 10, 2017, City Council meeting <br />minutes as corrected. <br /> <br /> Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried. <br /> <br />11. REPORTS <br />A. Reports of Mayor and Council. <br /> <br />Council Member Gunn congratulated the Irondale Drumline on their recent competition at <br />Internationals. She indicated this group was currently ranked 8th in the world. <br /> <br />Council Member Gunn noted the Irondale Marching Band would be holding an informational <br />meeting and open registration on Tuesday, May 2nd at 7:00 p.m. at the Irondale cafeteria. <br /> <br />Council Member Gunn stated the Irondale Drama Department would be presenting The Dining <br />Room on Thursday, April 27th, Friday April 28th and Saturday, April 29th at 7:00 p.m. In <br />addition, a matinee would be held on Sunday, April 30th at 1:00 p.m. <br /> <br />Council Member Gunn reported the Irondale Band Swing Dance would be held at the Mounds <br />View Community Center on Friday, May 5th at 7:00 p.m. Tickets will be sold at the door and all <br />funds raised will go to support the Irondale Band. <br /> <br />Council Member Gunn stated last Saturday she and Council Member Meehlhause attended the <br />play “Press Start” at Pinewood Elementary.
