Just and Correct Claims. <br />B. Set a Public Hearing for Monday, July 24, 2017, at 6:00 p.m. to Consider <br />Resolution 8777, approving the Preliminary Plat of “Boulevard” generally <br />located at the NW corner of Mounds View Boulevard and Groveland Road. <br />C. Resolution 8782, Adopting a Special Assessment Levy for Private <br />Improvements in Area I of the Street and Utility Improvement Program. <br /> <br />MOTION/SECOND: Meehlhause/Bergeron. To Approve the Consent Agenda as presented. <br /> <br /> Ayes – 4 Nays – 0 Motion carried. <br /> <br />7. PUBLIC COMMENT <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />8. SPECIAL ORDER OF BUSINESS <br /> A. Resolution 8791, a Resolution of Appreciation for Dave Long. <br /> <br />Acting City Administrator Crane read a Resolution in full for the record recognizing Dave Long <br />for his 34 years of dedicated service to the City of Mounds View on the Parks, Recreation and <br />Forestry Commission. A round of applause was offered by all in attendance. <br /> <br />MOTION/SECOND: Meehlhause/Gunn. To Adopt Resolution 8791, a Resolution of <br />Appreciation for Dave Long. <br /> <br />Mayor Mueller thanked Mr. Long for his 34 years of dedicated service to the community. <br /> <br />Council Member Meehlhause stated he appreciated the vast amounts of knowledge Mr. Long had <br />and noted he would be greatly missed. <br /> <br /> Ayes – 4 Nays – 0 Motion carried. <br /> <br />B. Presentation by Ramsey County VCET (Drug Task Force). <br /> <br />Police Chief Harder introduced Ramsey County Commander Ryan O’Neil to the City Council. <br />
