MOUNDS VIEW ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION <br />RESOLUTION NO. 95-EDC4 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING 1995 ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION BYLAWS <br />WHEREAS, Chapter 408 of the Municipal Code entitled, "The Economic <br />Development Commission", specifies that the Commission review the bylaws on an <br />annual basis; and <br />WHEREAS, the Economic Development Commission has conducted a <br />detailed review of the Bylaws. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Economic Development <br />Commission of the City of Mounds View recommends adoptions of the Bylaws dated <br />January 1995. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Economic Development Commission <br />directs Staff to forward this resolution to the Economic Development Authority prior <br />to approval of the minutes. <br />Adopted this 26th day of January, 1995. <br />ATTEST: <br />Chair <br />(SEAL) <br />aEconomiicX/elopment Coordinator <br />
