MOUNDS VIEW ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION <br />RESOLUTION NO. 96-EDC14 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING 1996 ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION BYLAWS <br />WHEREAS, Chapter 408 of the Municipal Code entitled, "The <br />Economic Development Commission", specifies that the Commission review the <br />bylaws on an annual basis; and <br />WHEREAS, the Economic Development Commission has <br />conducted a detailed review of the Bylaws. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Economic <br />Development Commission of the City of Mounds View recommends adoptions of the <br />Bylaws dated January 1995. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Economic Development <br />Commission directs Staff to forward this resolution to the Economic Development <br />Authority prior to approval of the minutes. <br />this 25th day of January, 1996. <br />ATTEST: <br />ov- <br />Chair <br />(SEAL) aF k C,2 (,.
