MOUNDS VIEW ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION <br />RESOLUTION NO. 97-EDC19 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING 1998 ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION BYLAWS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Chapter 408 of the Municipal Code entitled, "The <br />Economic Development Commission", specifies that the Commission review the bylaws <br />on an annual basis; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Economic Development Commission has conducted <br />a detailed review of the Bylaws. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Economic <br />Development Commission of the City of Mounds View recommends adoption of the <br />attached Bylaws with the following amendment: <br /> <br />Section VI Meetings shall adjourn on or before 90 minutes after call to order <br />unless a two-thirds majority of the members present agree to extend the time <br />of adjournment. <br /> <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Economic Development <br />Commission directs Staff to forward this resolution to the Economic Development <br />Authority prior to approval of the minutes. <br /> <br />Adopted this 18th day of December, 1997. <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />(SEAL)
