MOUNDS VIEW ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION <br />RESOLUTION NO. 97-EDC20 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />ESTABLISHING CALENDAR OF MEETING DATES FOR 1998 <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Economic Development Commission <br />will be holding one business meeting per month throughout 1998 with the exception <br />of Special Meetings; and <br />WHEREAS, a display of meeting dates be established to provide an <br />orderly system for use by the Economic Development Commission, staff and general <br />public; <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Economic <br />Development Commission of the City of Mounds View establishes the following <br />meeting dates of regular business at 7:30 a.m.: <br />January 22, 1998 <br />July 23, 1998 <br />February 26, 1998 <br />August 27, 1998 <br />March 26, 1998 <br />September 24, 1998 <br />April 23, 1998 <br />October 22, 1998 <br />May 28, 1998 <br />November 18, 1998 <br />June 25, 1998 <br />December 16, 1998 <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that materials from the public, that are <br />to be reviewed by the Commission, shall be submitted to the assigned City staff ten <br />days prior to the upcoming Commission meeting. <br />BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that if the Economic Development <br />Commission is required to or desires to hold special meetings or make adjustments to <br />the 1998 calendar of meetings, they will do so in accordance with State law, Code <br />requirements and the Bylaws. <br />dopted t ' 18th day of December, 1998. <br />ATTEST: <br />/-) n r3l.; I <br />(SEAL; t — <br />1 / � <br />Director of E&nomic Development <br />
