MOUNDS VIEW ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION <br />RESOLUTION NO. 00 -EDC -29 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING 2000 ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION BYLAWS <br />WHEREAS, Chapter 408 of the Municipal Code specifies that the Economic Development <br />Commission review its Bylaws on an annual basis; and <br />WHEREAS, the Economic Development Commission has conducted a review of its Bylaws; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Economic Development Commission of the City <br />of Mounds View hereby approves the current Bylaws for use during 2000. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Economic Development Commission directs staff to <br />forward this Resolution to the Economic Development Authority. <br />Adopted this 24th day of February, 2000. <br />ATTEST: <br />Chair <br />(SEAL) � ( <br />City Administra or <br />N:\DATA\CjROUPS\ECONDEV\EDC\Resolutions\ResOO\RESOO-29.doc <br />
