<br /> <br />C:\Users\barbara.benesch\Documents\Resolutions\2001\01-32.doc <br /> <br />MOUNDS VIEW ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION <br />RESOLUTION NO. 01-EDC-32 <br /> <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING 2001 ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION BYLAWS <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Chapter 408 of the Municipal Code specifies that the Economic Development <br />Commission review its Bylaws on an annual basis; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Economic Development Commission has conducted a review of its Bylaws; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Economic Development Commission of the <br />City of Mounds View hereby approves the current Bylaws as amended for use during 2001; <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Economic Development Commission directs staff to <br />forward this Resolution to the Economic Development Authority. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Adopted this 9th day of March, 2001. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ATTEST: <br />Tom Field, Chair <br /> <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br />Kathleen Miller, EDA Executive Director <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
