<br /> <br />C:\Users\barbara.benesch\Documents\Resolutions\2016\Resolution 16-EDA-40.doc <br /> <br />MOUNDS VIEW ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION <br />RESOLUTION NO. 16-EDC-40 <br /> <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING PUBLIC FINANCING POLICY & APPLICAITON <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS; Minnesota Statutes, Sections 116J.993 through 116J.995 (the “Statutes”) require <br />the adoption of criteria for the adoption of business subsidies as defined in the Statutes; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Economic Development Commission has determined that it is necessary and <br />appropriate to recommend business subsidy criteria to the Economic Development Authority and <br />City Council pursuant to the Statutes; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Economic Development Commission of the <br />City of Mounds View hereby recommends the adoption of the business subsidy criteria <br />contained in Exhibit A of this resolution. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Economic Development Commission directs staff to <br />forward this Resolution to the Economic Development Authority and City Council. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Adopted this 24th day of February, 2000. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ATTEST: <br />Chair <br /> <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br />City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
