MOUNDS VIEW ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION <br />RESOLUTION NO. EDC94-1 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION BYLAWS <br />WHEREAS, Chapter 408 of the Municipal Code entitled, 'The Economic <br />Development Commission", specifies that the Commission adopt bylaws for its <br />governance and for the transactions of its business; and <br />WHEREAS, the Chapter 408 of the Municipal Code also specifies that the <br />Bylaws be reviewed on an annual basis; and <br />WHEREAS, the Economic Development Commission has conducted a <br />detailed review of the Bylaws. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Economic Development <br />Commission of the City of Mounds View recommends adoptions of the Bylaws dated <br />August 1994. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Economic Development Commission <br />directs Staff to forward this resolution to the Economic Development Authority prior <br />to approval of the minutes. <br />Adopted this 25th day of August, 1994.�/%� <br />ATTEST: <br />Chair <br />(SEAL) A D <br />IA <br />Econo evelopment Coordinator <br />
